Octavian Sayumwe is a Financial Advisor with SYM Financial Advisors in Mishawaka, Indiana. He specializes in working with current and former Whirlpool executives, retirees, and young professionals who are in the wealth accumulation phase of their careers. Since graduating from Bethel University in 2018 with a degree in Business Administration, Octavian has built a strong foundation in financial planning.
He holds several industry credentials, including Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), and Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist℠ (CRPS®).
Beyond his professional career, Octavian is involved in his community. He serves as a Trustee at Bethel University, is the President of the Bethel Alumni Board, and is an active member of the Rotary Club of South Bend, where he currently co-chairs the Rotary Charitable Foundation.
When he’s not working, Octavian enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Kelly, and their three children—Nala, Benaiah (affectionately known as Naiah), and Obadiah. You’ll often find him at the gym or in his backyard, cooking on his Blackstone griddle, grilling, or smoking meats on his smoker.
