Amber Behrens is an energetic and deeply engaged Rotarian who brings a passion for service, community, and connection to everything she does. A member since 2018, Amber has served as Club President and currently leads Public Image for the Rotary Club of South Bend and District 6540.
Professionally, Amber serves as Market President South Bend and Elkhart at Everwise Credit Union, where she helps shape growth strategies and drives member excellence.
Amber’s enthusiasm for Rotary shines through her work coordinating community partnerships, promoting local projects, and amplifying Rotary’s story through creative communications. She has been instrumental in advancing initiatives such as Pinkies Purple for Polio, Cultivate Food Rescue volunteer events, and the club’s ongoing engagement with local schools and nonprofits.
Outside of Rotary, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband Michael, their children Emmy and Max, and their pets Marley, Binx, Ember and Nala. Whether on the lake at Shavehead, at a community event, or volunteering with her kids, Amber embodies Rotary’s spirit of “Service Above Self” in both her professional and personal life.
