Dan Skodras, CPA, joined Bradley Company in 2003. Prior to joining Bradley Company, he spent 25 years at Crowe Horwath and left there in 2001 as a partner.
Dan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and is also a licensed CPA and a licensed real estate broker in Indiana. As Senior Vice President in Brokerage, Dan focuses on commercial real estate investment sales and manages client relationships for certain Corporate Service accounts
Dan is a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors. He is a past president and board member of the Michiana YMCA and Big Brothers/Big Sisters. Dan currently serves as an honorary trustee and finance committee member for the The History Museum/Northern Indiana Center for History. Dan is also a member of the South Bend Rotary Club, member of the Economic Club of Michiana, and past board member of the Economic Club of Michiana.
Dan is originally from the Milwaukee, WI area and came to South Bend to attend Notre Dame, and has remained in the SB area since he graduated. Dan and his wife, Vicki, have 2 adult sons, both married – one couple lives in Mishawaka and the other couple lives in Chicago, along with their 19 month old daughter.
